Elio and Lisa are the most delightful estate agents I have ever come across. They really have crushed the stereotype of 'ruthless money grabbers' that I have been unfortunate enough to have dealt with over the years. They are friendly, personable, trustworthy, professional and most of all, they treat you like a human being.
They went above and beyond for me on a number of occasions, and it was with a heavy heart that I had to part ways to allow for renovation of my property. Deposit was returned speedily and completely intact, which to me shows that it definitely is not all about the money for them - unlike a lot of places. I honestly couldn't praise them enough for their hard work and their understanding more than a few times when I had personal issues. They felt more like friends, than estate agents which I think is so important when you're renting a house.
If you get the chance to rent with them, then honestly do not hesitate. I would return in a heartbeat if I were to return to the area. 5+ stars!
